Seeking a Store Manager for our Upper Canada Mall location in Newmarket. Our Managers are passionate and knowledgeable representatives of the Brand. They thrive when building and developing their team in a friendly, fast paced retail environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of Head Office, the duties and responsibilities of the Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors of Brandy Melville
  • Ensure operations of their location are up to Company standards at all times
  • Encourage and lead their team
  • Participate and provide training in all aspects of the store; including administrative, customer service, merchandising and stock.

Minimum Requirements

  • Retail experience an asset;
  • Management or supervisory experience an asset:
  • Strong communication  and customer service skills;
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as required; and
  • A passion for the brand and working in a fast paced retail environment.
